Oxfam Global Ambassador and photographer Helena Christensen has published Meltdown, a booklet of 43 photographs, which she has sent to government officials and heads of state attending the UN Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio which opens today.

The 43 year old former fashion model has travelled to Peru, Nepal and Kenya in her Oxfam role to highlight the impact of climate change on people's lives.
